IDENTITY X derives its name from Colossians 1:27 which simply says this, "Christ in us, the hope of glory!" The 'X' is taken from the first letter of the Greek translation of 'Christ' which is 'Xristos'.  Our desire is to exhibit the character and nature of Christ in our daily living and allow Him to shape our identity in this world.  

We offer our midweek " i149 " youth worship on Wednesday nights from 6 - 7:30 PM.  This is where we collect ourselves in the presence of God to be washed clean by the power of the Word and to know the power of Christ crucified.  Read below for the purpose of our worship meetings.

During our small group studies we explore some hard hitting truths about today’s world and what God expects of teens. We aim to commit these truths to our heart, sharpen our faith and strengthen our intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.  

Live your faith!!  True freedom comes from glorifying God in all that we say and do!!

Israel Invoked to Praise the LORD

1 Praise the LORD!
Sing to the LORD a new song,
And His praise in the congregation of the godly ones.

2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker;
Let the sons of Zion rejoice in their King.

3 Let them praise His name with dancing;
Let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre.

4 For the LORD takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.
     5 Let the godly ones exult in glory;
Let them sing for joy on their beds.

And a two-edged sword in their hand,
