Harvey L. Earls, Pastor
Bro. Harvey joined Bethel in February 2013 as Pastor. The last 20 years he has served in churches in Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida as a worship pastor/music minister. Coming to Bethel is like coming home to Harvey, who is from Bay Minette (just “up the road”) and graduated from the University of Mobile, where he met his wife Sarah. Harvey’s postgraduate degree is from Liberty University.Harvey and Sarah have been married 21 yrs. and have 3 children; Kiera, Melea, and Ben. Pastor Harvey enjoys reading (in addition to his studies, he likes Tolkien, Asimov, and similar writers), walking, playing video games (often with Ben), doing family activities, and hanging out with the church family.

Justin Schaff, Associate Pastor of Students & Families
Pastor Justin joined Bethel Baptist staff December 2018 as Associate Pastor of Students and Families. Pastor Justin was born in Fairhope, Al and was raised in Elberta, Al were he currently resides. He has been in ministry for over 10 years and has served at different area churches. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and has completed classes through the Baptist College of Florida. He has plans to go back to school and work on his Masters degree in Christian Studies.Pastor Justin married the love of his life in 2008, Jamie and has four children Ezra , Eden, Elliana, and Elilah. Pastor Justin enjoys reading, coaching his son’s sports, watching his girls dance and perform gymnastics, riding dirt bikes with his son, fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities.
Sarah Earls, Worship Leader
Sarah became Worship Leader at Bethel in July 2013 Her background includes a B.S. in Music from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, along with a minor in Theater. For years, she has participated in many plays, musicals and concerts as a performer or director. Sarah also serves as our church’s AWANA commander, and the “Walk Thru Bethlehem” director.
