Pastor Harvey was called as the pastor of Bethel in December of 2012.  Before coming to Bethel, he served as a worship pastor in churches in Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida. Pastor Harvey has a B.S. in Piano Performance from the University of Mobile, a Masters of Arts in Religion from Liberty University, and a Master's of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Harvey and Sarah have been married 23 yrs. and have 3 children;  Kiera, Melea, and Ben. Pastor Harvey enjoys reading , walking,  doing family activities, and hanging out with the church family. If he’s not at the church office, you might find him doing some announcing work for a local high school or university, or in a tree stand impersonating a hunter. 

Pastor Justin joined Bethel Baptist staff December 2018 as Associate Pastor of Students and Families. Pastor Justin was was raised in Elberta, Al were he currently resides. He has been in ministry for over 10 years and has served at different area churches. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Master’s Degree from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City.

Pastor Justin married the love of his life in 2008, Jamie and has five children: Ezra , Eden, Elliana, Elilah, and Evangeline. Pastor Justin enjoys reading, coaching his son’s sports, watching his girls dance and perform gymnastics, riding dirt bikes with his son, fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities. 

Sarah became the Worship Leader at Bethel in July 2013.  She a B.S. in Music from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, and a Master’s Degree in Childhood Education from the University of South Alabama. In addition to being on staff at Bethel, Sarah taught for a number of years at Robertsdale Elementary School in the Special Needs department before becoming a Behavioral Consultant for the Baldwin County Board of Education. She has a long history of being involved in plays, theatrical presentations, and similar productions.  In addition to leading our music, Sarah is very involved with our children's department and with our special productions.

Mindy joined our staff in April of 2022 as office manager, and is our "first impression" to many who call, stop by, or receive correspondence. She and her husband, Jim, came from a place of service at the Baldwin County Sheriff's Boy's Ranch. Mindy helps out with so much at Bethel - from finances to records, from bookkeeping to mailouts, from bulletins to newsletter - she does it all! Plus she leads our Bethel Women's ministry. We don't know what we'd do without her!
